DFM Client Analyst

Purpose of the Role:
A DFM Client Analyst to support the DFM and retail investment team in delivering client reporting, client query support, financial advisor book analysis support, and quarterly investment committee pack preparation for DFM model portfolio and bespoke portfolio clients. DFM Investment Analyst to also minute quarterly client investment committee meeting and follow up on implementation of follow-up tasks.
Responsibilities:
Morningstar Reporting & Data Management:
Maintain, reconcile, and publish portfolio and fund data in Morningstar Direct (or equivalent), including holdings, benchmarks, fees, performance, and risk metrics.
Set up and manage Morningstar templates, universes, data fields, calculated metrics, and update schedules.
Run monthly data refreshes; investigate anomalies and correct data breaks (e.g., stale prices, benchmark redefinitions, corporate actions, fee changes).
