Dfm Manufacturing Engineer

**What will you do?

**- Participate in product industrialization activities, ensuring smooth transition from design, through prototyping, and to full-scale manufacturing.
- Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams to develop and implement design for manufacturing (DFM) strategies.
- Collaborate with manufacturing engineering and quality teams to ensure processes, subassemblies, and tests are in place to ensure the manufacturing meets design intent and quality standards.
- Ensure released information for manufacture is aligned to global manufacturing standards and is up to date with manufacturing best practices.
- Provide on-site production support as a representative of the product design**What are we looking for?
**- Bachelor's Degree (B.S.) in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering or related field from an accredited four-year College or University is required.
