Job Description
Responsible for the DFT design and verification of automotive-grade SoCs (including SCAN, MBIST, Boundary Scan, ATPG, etc.), performing STA timing analysis, and delivering ATE test patterns, including pattern debugging, coverage optimization, and test issue analysis.
Provide competitive solutions and test patterns for mass production testing and burn-in verification in terms of test cost, coverage, failure rate, and delivery time, while taking charge of test diagnostics for new process nodes and assisting in rapid issue localization.
