DFT - Senior/ Lead Engineer  

 
Job Description   
Scan insertion. 
SCAN DRC/ Coverage debug. 
ATPG Pattern generation. 
Gate level simulations ( Zero delay/Timing Delay simulations). 
Worked on JTAG/P1500 protocols. 
Perl/ Tcl scripting. 
Timing/ Formal verification/ PD flow knowledge is plus.
