DFT Lead Engineer

We are seeking an experienced DFT Lead Engineer to join our team in developing advanced microcontroller-based motor driver solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Design for Testability (DFT) for SoCs, with a focus on Scan Insertion/ATPG, Memory Test and Analog Test methodologies
