General Responsibilities

Managing a team to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.



Key Duties & Responsibilities

Operational Functions:


+ Managing a dispatch team that schedules and coordinates deliveries and pick-ups.

+ Ensuring that data related to deliveries and shipments of freight are entered timely into tracking software.

+ Managing customer service satisfaction by providing updates on ETA and location of drivers.

+ Tracking delivery progress of shipments.

+ Managing the zoning of driver dispatches to ensure they are cost effective routes. Administrative Functions:
