DGM Design

KRA's are as follows:

• Candidate needs to delivers present project and move to another project (quality & timeline will be high priority)
• Coordinating with the internal: PD, Cluster head, sometimes Regional Head, RO Teams (C&B, C&P, Planning, PCP-Pre construction planning), External: Consultants, Architects.
• Highrise experience
• Exposure in services and finishing is an added advantage
• He should be aware of Quality & Safety Standards.
• He should know width of C&B, C&P function and planning as well.
• Reporting to PD(direct) & Cluster Head
• No. of reportee 18-20 on roll folks (executive, Sr. Executive and AM)
• They handled over one single project(end to end)
• Exposure to Mivaan
• Exposure in C&B, C&P, Planning.
