**Role Overview**

**The role focuses on growing New Equipment Business in South Region - India through develop and execute sales strategies, growing NE order , Share of segment, margin expansion and ensuring customer delight across assigned territories.**

**Key Responsibilities**

+ Develop and Execute Strategy to grow NE business profitably in South OA and OT.
+ Business Planning, Annual Target setting, Monthly forecasting and MIS
+ Develop transformation programs to drive business growth
+ Segmentation, Pricing Strategy, Price Management to meet the SoS, Order and Margin Plan.
