Responsibilities:
Maintain DGS CoC facilities and equipment, make recommendations as & when required.
Assisting service manager for DGS CoC efficient operations and speedy delivery of DGS.
Make recommendations for additional resources including personnel and equipment, and training needs of personnel.
Co-ordination of smooth running of the DGS CoC with service staff.
Assist sales dept. in troubleshooting jobs; carry out important installation jobs at sites.
Where applicable, make RCA reports of DGS Seals.
Provide technical support to sales regarding technical presentations, training seminars for customers and staff.
Maintain various on-going service contracts.
Closely work with EB-Service Engineering department for finalizing RCA of DGS failures, Test cells & Faster Repair.
