Job Description

Purpose
Shapes and executes diagnostics (, companion diagnostics of company product, predictive biomarker of company product, diagnosis of the disease) strategy within assigned therapeutic area(s), translating high level objectives into actionable plans and leading operational and cross-functional excellence.
Acts as the scientific and operational expert in the field, forging trusted relationships with stakeholders and supporting diagnostics adoption, education, and process improvement within specific therapy areas.
Typical Accountabilities
Translate high-level/cross-therapy diagnostics strategy into actionable strategic plans, tailored specifically for the assigned therapeutic area(s).
Drive the implementation of diagnostics projects across the therapy area, ensuring timelines, budgets, and scientific standards are met.
