As our Diagnostic Policy & Access Manager, you will set the long‑term vision and integrated strategy for diagnostics policy within the business unit, focusing on precision medicine, early screening initiatives and advanced diagnostics innovation. You will also drive policy shaping, external stakeholder engagement and capability building to maximise patient identification, access and care across multiple therapy areas.
