Role

The Interior Health Authority Department of Medical Imaging in Kamloops is seeking a full‑time radiologist with an Interventional Radiology subspecialty.

Responsibilities

• Provide imaging services in X‑ray, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, CT, MRI, digital mammography, nuclear medicine, and bone densitometry.
• Perform interventional radiology procedures, including trauma/inpatient embolization, peripheral vascular interventions, fibroid embolization, fistula management, and a variety of outpatient vascular cases.
• Support the development of an Interventional Oncology program.
• Participate in the renovation of a new IR suite and work with the planning of a new cancer centre scheduled to open in 2028.

Qualifications

• Interventional Radiology subspecialty or equivalent board certification.
