Dialer Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• We initiate outbound communications with potential clients across targeted markets.
• We identify key decision-makers and gather essential information to qualify leads. Ensuring accurate data in our CRM system is crucial for successful outreach activities. Please note: all interactions, including conversations and outcomes should be well-documented within the CRM software.
• Engaging prospects in meaningful dialogues to generate interest in our products/services is a significant aspect of this role.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of one year experience in cold calling, telemarketing or lead generation is required.
  This includes: handling objections professionally , excellent verbal communication skills as well as time management capabilities.
