The successful applicant will be responsible to manage two clinics:

+ Mater Brookwater
+ Mater South Brisbane

**Key Responsibilities:**

+ Responsible for implementing the Quality and Risk Management programs in the dialysis clinic
+ Protects the rights of patients by adhering to Privacy Principles and providing an excellent standard of care.
+ Provides leadership in contemporary nursing practice, promoting a professional focus and an environment conducive to innovative change.
+ Responsible for the strategic planning, budget preparation and development of the service in collaboration with management. Responsible for implementing financial strategies to improve performance wherever possible.
