Salary Range: $80,000.00 per year

Employment Term: Contract May 2026 – March 31, 2027 (possibility of renewal), Full time hours (35 hours/ week)

Reports To: Associate Executive Director

General Description: The Diamond Bailey Healing Centre (DBHC) is a facility operated by the MNFC, located in central Halifax/Kjipuktuk. It offers culturally appropriate programming and residential services to urban Indigenous clients experiencing homelessness or housing insecurity. The purpose of the Diamond Bailey is to provide clients with the tools and resources necessary to heal, live a balanced lifestyle, and gain housing stability.
