+ 组建电气电子 (E&E) 团队，并根据经理/主管设定的关键绩效指标 (KPI) 监控团队绩效。
Build an E&E (Electrical and electronic) team and monitor team performance based on KPI set by Manager / Supervisor.

+ 在必要的监督/支持下，遵循既定的标准操作规程和数据表。
Follows defined standard operating procedures and datasheets with necessary supervision/support.

+ 协调所有电气电子 (E&E) 项目的化学测试工作，包括但不限于 REACH/SVHC/ROHS 相关工作。
Coordinate all the E&E project for chemical testing, including but not limited to REACH/ SVHC / ROHS.

+ 制定测试方案和报价，处理样品分解和样品制备流程。
Propose the test plan and quotation, handle sample breakdown and sample preparation process.

+ 分配并执行常规化学测试（XRF 筛选，必要时分配确认测试），并记录测试结果。
Assign and perform routine chemical tests (XRF screening), assign confirmation test if needed, and record the result.

+ 协助跟进与提交材料相关的技术咨询。
Help on follow the technical enquiries related to the submissions.
