Overview

Wood Colombia is seeking a structural drafter to join its Projects business unit focusing on the Oil, Gas and New Energies (OGNE) area. The position is based in Barrancabermeja and requires onsite presence.

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Draw structural designs in concrete and metal structures.
• Use Smart Plant 3D and migrate drawings to Smart Sketch.
• Analyze and extract steel details from structural drawings.
• Calculate work quantities.
• Participate in the FEED-LBCC project for modeling, adjustments, and issuance of documents.
• Apply Wood’s quality process and document issuance standards.
• Minimum 3 years of general drafting experience, with at least 1.5 years in Oil & Gas.
• Basic civil engineering knowledge (preferably current civil engineering studies).
