Die-Casting Manager (Based in Vietnam)

Take the helm of our High-Pressure Die Casting (HPDC) operations. This is a key leadership role where you will drive production excellence, technical innovation, and team development, delivering precision parts for global automotive and electronics leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Full P&L and KPI ownership for the die-casting department (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost).
• Lead daily operations, optimizing a range of die-casting machines (LK & Toyo, 125T-2500T) and secondary processes.
• Provide expert technical leadership in casting processes, mold design/fabrication, and root-cause problem-solving.
• Spearhead continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen) and New Product Introduction (NPI) projects.
• Build, coach, and mentor a large team of supervisors, engineers, and operators.
• Develop budgets and control operational expenses.
