  Job Description 
 Responsible for developing a work culture with a safety approach and safety procedures implementation according OSHA requirements.​
 To manage the die maintenance systems in all the shifts to assure dies work properly providing the necessary resources to achieve the productivity and quality goals. ​
 Support the team to achieve the safety, production, quality, delivery, moral and environmental indicators. ​
 Develop his team in technical knowledge to ensure compliance with the objectives of quality and productivity in production lines.​
 Develop his team in SPW knowledge to assure the proper accomplishment of PM methodology. ​
 Being a leader and encourage teamwork with all areas.​
