Job Description

                    Our client in the Transportation industry is currently looking for a Diesel Fuel Injector Technician, in Linbro Park, Johannesburg.
Responsibilities:
Overhaul pumps and injectors for various diesel engines. 
Strip, assess, and reassemble pumps and injectors. 
Calibrate pumps and injectors using test benches. 
Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 standards and safety protocols. 
Complete job cards, compile test reports, and attend to customer queries and breakdowns. 
Mentor and train apprentices in fuel pump technology. 

Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent qualification. 
Trade Test Certificate as Fuel Pump Technician (Olifantsfontein or other accredited institution) 
Minimum 5 years working experience as a Fuel Pump Technician. 
Expertise in High Pressure Pumps, VP44 Pumps, Injectors, P-Type Pumps, and Governor with android adjustment, KTS Fault Finding, VE Pumps.
