Diesel Mechanic - Leading Hand

The Role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, the Leading Hand will provide hands-on support to a growing maintenance team to deliver scheduled servicing, diagnostics, repairs and performance improvements across a large and expanding fleet. Key Responsibilities Oversee workshop operations and daily job allocation Perform servicing, diagnostics and mechanical repairs across a fleet of Tractors, Sprayers, Harvesters, Sweepers, Shakers, and more Collaborate with orchard teams to coordinate maintenance schedules Assist with procurement, job planning and process improvements Mentor junior mechanics and contribute to future team growth About You You are a trade-qualified mechanic with hands-on experience in servicing heavy machinery, ideally in agriculture or related industries.
