Diesel Mechanic

The Mechanic is tasked with the upkeep and repair of trucks, equipment, and machinery utilized in our waste management operations. This position guarantees that all vehicles and equipment function safely and efficiently by conducting diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance as required. The role demands technical proficiency, meticulous attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety. Key Responsibilities: Carry out routine maintenance on diesel engines, which includes oil changes, filter replacements, and inspections. Identify mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic problems using diagnostic tools. Fix or replace faulty components such as brakes, transmissions, steering systems, and engines.
