This is for a Skilled Nursing Facility. Must have current Food Handler Certificate.

The Dietary Aide must have experience in dietary in a skilled nursing facility or similar.

The dietary Aide works along with the dietary manager to prepare meals. The aide also assists in cleaning up, kitchen maintenance and setting up and breaking down the dining areas. Other job duties include delivering food to resident’s rooms, preparing and serving snacks, and taking inventory of food and kitchen supplies.

Job Responsibilities of the Dietary Aide:

• The Dietary Aide Prepares meals and beverages using specific procedures
• The Dietary Aide Serves meals using standards to maintain sanitation and quality
