Dietician Supervisor

The Nutritionist / Dietitian Supervisor is responsible for ensuring proper dietary standards, nutrition compliance, and delivery of professional nutrition services aligned with Sodexo and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow Sodexo Way Service Standards, policies, and safety regulations
• Plan, review, and evaluate meal programs and menus based on nutrition standards
• Ensure accuracy of meal plans versus food served
• Compute calories, food exchanges, formulas, and raw material recipes
• Prepare food cards and daily menu selections for site operations
• Coordinate with kitchen teams to ensure correct food preparation and delivery
• Answer and manage additional or revised meal orders
• Facilitate monthly nutrition talks and promote healthy eating
• Attend service briefings, trainings, and Sodexo meetings
