Dietitian cum Admin

Cezars Kitchen is seeking a qualified Dietitian cum Admin to join our team in Iskandar Puteri, Johor Bahru.

In your role, you are the Director of Quality You must ensure the highest quality of food production that will wow your guests, making them wanting to come back for seconds, thirds and so forth.

Individuals who can perform the following expectations will be contacted for an interview:

• Reciprofity–Inventory Manager: Create new nutrition codes in addition to USDA data base and ensure all ingredients have correct nutritional information (codes). Verify each ingredient to ensure correct coding and nutritional value.
• Reciprofity–Recipe Manager: Verify existing recipes have correct nutritional information. Verify portion amounts to ensure proper nutrition.
• MONTHLY DAILY MENU: Create daily total nutritional data for each day (calories & protein). Make suggestions and work with onsite Head Chef to fix unbalanced days. Oversee that the monthl...
