We are representing a well established Confinement Centre (Post Natal Care) company based in Cheras, Selangor. As they are expanding, they are looking out for a Dietitian to join their team.

Job Requirements:

• Client care: Counsel mothers and patients on nutrition; provide pre/post-sales services and follow-ups
• Service & inquiries: Deliver excellent customer service; log and resolve requests, feedback, and complaints on time
• Administration: Register check-ins; manage appointments, reports, and sales documents (invoices, receipts)
• Relationship & communication: Build strong client rapport; deliver presentations, trainings, and meetings
• Team & operations: Lead and develop the team; supervise housekeeping; maintain a clean, safe, and quality workspace; follow company standards
