ROLE SUMMARYThe Service Desk Engineer provides technical support to call center users, ensuring systems and telephony operate smoothly. The role requires an experienced individual with broad technical skills to resolve end-user issues, support telephony and related services, and maintain high availability of all user-facing technologies.
