Payroll is one of the specialty practices within the Global Compliance and Reporting (GCR) Sub Service Line under TAX.

Role Overview

The DigiPay Tech Services role is responsible for leading the successful delivery of technology‑enabled client implementations, acting as the primary point of contact between clients and EY internal teams throughout the end‑to‑end project lifecycle. This role focuses on understanding client requirements and translating business needs into system and payroll configuration specifications, while driving implementation plans aligned with payroll calendars and EY general tools and platforms (including but not limited to DigiPay). In addition, the role plays a key part in change management, stakeholder engagement, and project governance, ensuring smooth client transitions, high‑quality delivery, and proactive risk identification and mitigation.
