Digital Account Executive

Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for the client/s on all things social/digital, ensuring timely updates, responses, and clarity across all campaigns & requirements which may be planned, periodic and always-on and ad-hoc.
Manage complete internal operations of the client/s across all campaigns with internal teams including design, animation, media, PR, IM, community teams if required.
Meet and liaise with client/s to discuss and identify their requirements, understanding brief documents, making contact reports and debriefing with relevant teams at the agency.
Take complete ownership of the client's portfolio business as the main client facing account lead.
Manage a seamless system of final approved output , based on client's requirements, post revisions / modifications for everything from the client.
