Digital Account Manager

Weekly Schedule:

Monday-Friday

9am-6pm Eastern Standard Time

(1hr unpaid lunch break / 2 -15 min paid breaks)

Pay: 470 PHP per hour

Monthly Perfect Attendance Bonus: 2,000 PHP

Qualifications:

• 2+ years daily ClickUp usage
• Personally built ClickUp automations
• Personally built ClickUp dashboards
• Experience managing agency marketing workflows
• Comfortable working asynchronously with documentation

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting multiple clients at once
• Familiarity with intake forms and relative due dates
• Exposure to analytics, paid media, or SEO workflows

Responsibilities:

• Own client workflows inside ClickUp from onboarding through delivery
• Enforce SOPs, deadlines, and task hygiene
• Maintain and improve automations, templates, and dashboards
