The 
Digital Acquisition Lead
 will own our paid media and digital acquisition strategy, driving qualified traffic, revenue growth, and brand visibility across key platforms such as 
Meta and Google Ads
.

This role sits at the intersection of 
performance marketing, analytics, and e-commerce
, working closely with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to ensure our digital channels efficiently convert interest into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities
1. Acquisition Strategy & Paid Media Performance

• Develop, execute, and optimize paid media strategies across 
  Meta and Google Ads
   to meet acquisition and revenue targets.
• Own full-funnel acquisition performance, from awareness to conversion.
• Ensure efficient budget allocation based on performance and ROAS.
