Digital Ad Creative

We're looking for a Digital Ad Creative to join our Creative Team, assisting in creating and adapting assets for paid media ads. Under the guidance of our Creative Director, you'll be the person making sure our ads look right and on-brand, but also drive performance. This is an important task that translates into meaningful revenue for ISTO., you'll be the first person dedicated to this function.

This role is based in Lisbon, Portugal.

What you'll do:

Create and adapt visual assets for paid media campaigns across our key channels. Specifically:

1. Ad creation & adaptation — Produce static and video assets for paid media ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest, Youtube). You'll take existing brand content (photography, video, copy) and adapt it into formats that work at different placements and stages of the funnel.
