Your position

As a Digital Adoption & Agile Specialist, you will support therollout and adoption of digital solutions across our organisation. You will focus on implementation of digital guidance using WalkMe and enabling Agile Ways of Working (WoW), including the use of Azure DevOps. You will ensure that teams are effectively supported in both user adoption and agile ways of working. In this position you will contribute to change management activities, communication alignment and continuous improvement of adoption practices across digital transformation initiatives. 
Your tasks
Designing, building and maintaining WalkMe solutions (walkthroughs, smart tips, automation) covering the full lifecycle from scoping and content creation to testing and rollout

Monitoring adoption metrics and user behavior, providing insights through dashboards and reporting
