Job Description

What you will be doing
Digital Adoption Strategy & Execution
Define and execute a digital adoption roadmap aligned with business goals and platform engineering strategy.

Lead the rollout of digital adoption platforms (DAPs) and in-app guidance tools to improve onboarding, proficiency, and engagement 

Partner with product owners and engineering teams to embed adoption metrics into platform KPIs.
Employee Experience Design
Champion a human-centric approach to digital experience, informed by behavioural insights and user feedback 

Collaborate with UX/UI designers and business analysts to optimise workflows and reduce digital friction 

Use analytics to identify pain points and continuously improve the digital journey.
Change Enablement & Training
Design and deliver training programmes, toolkits, and communications to support digital transformation initiatives...
