Job Role:

The Digital Agent (Non-Voice) is responsible for facilitating communication between the Voice Agent and customers or potential leads who prefer digital interaction channels such as email or SMS.

The primary objective is to identify the responsible party for utility usage and establish an account or disconnect the services.

Job Responsibilities:

• Communication Liaison - Serve as a liaison between the Voice Agent and customers or Leads who prefer digital communication channels such as email or SMS.
• Customer Engagement - Engage with customers or leads in a courteous and informative manner addressing inquiries, concerns and providing relevant information about the utility services.
• Problem-Solving – analyze gathered data to determine most likely responsible party for utility usage, resolving any discrepancies or confl...
