Job Description

This role is responsible for supporting the business through analysis, reporting, segmentation and general analyst duties related to digital marketing campaign performance and channel tracking

Strategy and Planning

• Develop framework & best practices for digital analytic across CIMB Martech systems.
• Identifies key objectives, financial and other performance measures for the department.
• Keeps abreast of the digital landscape in order to be able to take actions to capitalise on opportunities and mitigate threats.
• Provides advice and support to stakeholders on digital strategies to achieve Group overall business objectives.

Business Performance and Management

• Work closely with Business/Channel owner to conceptualization and execution of A/B Testing using Adobe Target to optimize CIMB group websites for higher sales/revenue generations.
