This role is being created to establish a dedicated AI compliance capability within the HR department. The business driver is the increasing complexity and volume of AI assessments required by regulations like the EU AI Act, which can no longer be managed by a central function, necessitating a specialized expert within HR to ensure responsible AI deployment.
