**Job Description**

Albemarle is hiring for a **Digital & AI Governance Manager** . This position is hybrid (3 days per week in office) and located in **Charlotte, NC** .

**What You Will Do**

+ Lead the design and execution of the organization’s AI governance program, including AI risk policies, standards, risk tiering, pre-deployment assessments, and ongoing monitoring of AI/ML systems in production.
