Job Description

Role Introduction

Reports to: Senior Digital and IT Planning Analyst

This is accountable and responsible for managing and supporting the IT financial and reporting across digital and IT department. This role is to ensure day-to-day IT Operation activities are governed and operate in efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and keep track of IT operation cost performance for digital and IT department
  • Responsible for creating and managing Purchase Orders (PO) for goods and services utilizing one of the four purchasing channels defined in SAP
  • Support vendor invoice and payment processes
  • Validate Project Cost Transition from Project to BAU
  • Manage project and business unit cost recharges
  • Manage day-to-day queries/ costing activities with IT Manager and vendor
  • Prepare costing reports and display transaction records on contracts, purchase orders, delivery status and invoice status.
