Digital and Tele-Marketing Executive

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital and Telemarketing Executive to manage our social platforms and support outbound calls, leads generating activities at Penta Express. The ideal candidate will handle social media channels, engage with customers, execute promotional campaigns, and generate quality business leads.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage company social media pages and respond to customer.
• Plan and execute WhatsApp broadcast campaigns while managing contact databases.
• Conduct outbound acquisition calls to generate new leads and business opportunities.
• Maintain daily activity and performance reports
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 6 months of experience in a Digital & Telemarketing Executive role.
