Digital Asset Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking a highly organized Digital Asset Analyst to oversee the management of our company's marketing, training, and knowledge assets. This role will involve building and maintaining a central repository for all digital materials, ensuring consistent governance and metadata standards, and serving as a bridge between Digital Asset Management (DAM) and Knowledge Management (KM) functions across the organization.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

PRINCIPLE JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Digital Asset Management (Marketing):

• Manage a centralized Digital Asset Management (DAM) system for marketing, and product materials (images, videos, presentations, collateral, etc.).
• Implement metadata, taxonomy, and file-structure standards for efficient asset retrieval.
