Job Description

About the Role
Execute daily asset ingestion into AEM based on approved workflows and standards
Validate file types, naming conventions, resolution, and asset readiness prior to upload
Organize assets into the correct folders, collections, and project structures
Support bulk upload and batch tagging activities as needed
Apply metadata, taxonomy, and keyword standards consistently across asset types
Maintain accurate version histories for all creative, marketing, and product assets
Ensure smart tags, required metadata fields, and rights information are complete and correct
Identify gaps or inconsistencies and escalate issues to the AEM Digital Assets Manager
Conduct routine QA checks to ensure assets meet brand, creative, and technical specifications
Monitor usage of rights compliance (e.g., talent, stock, licensing expiry dates)
