Digital Asset Risk Manager

Core Responsibilities
Own digital asset operational risk controls—custody, wallets, private key processes, staking, exchanges, treasury.
Implement risk policies, approval workflows, segregation of duties, audit trails, and incident protocols.
Conduct daily reconciliations, wallet checks, asset movement approvals, and control documentation.
Build and maintain governance frameworks across Singapore, US, Hong Kong, Cayman.
Produce weekly/monthly risk reporting for leadership and board.
Identify emerging risks (counterparty, liquidity, slashing, regulatory) and recommend mitigations.
Act as independent challenger to treasury, trading, staking operations.
Support auditor, regulator, and investor due-diligence readiness.
Enable scalable automation and enterprise-grade controls as the company grows.
