Digital Asset Risk Manager

Core Responsibilities

• Own digital asset operational risk controls—custody, wallets, private key processes, staking, exchanges, treasury.
• Implement risk policies, approval workflows, segregation of duties, audit trails, and incident protocols.
• Conduct daily reconciliations, wallet checks, asset movement approvals, and control documentation.
• Build and maintain governance frameworks across Singapore, US, Hong Kong, Cayman.
• Produce weekly/monthly risk reporting for leadership and board.
• Identify emerging risks (counterparty, liquidity, slashing, regulatory) and recommend mitigations.
• Act as independent challenger to treasury, trading, staking operations.
• Support auditor, regulator, and investor due-diligence readiness.
• Enable scalable automation and enterprise-grade controls as the company grows.
