The role

We're hiring a Digital Assets Client Operations Lead to own the day to day reliability of professional client workflows You'll keep onboarding and ongoing servicing tight, make sure records and evidence are clean, and coordinate across internal teams and external partners so flows stay consistent This is a hands-on operations role, non-technical, and it does not require coding

What you'll do

Own day to day client operations for professional customers including onboarding coordination and ongoing servicing

Keep documentation and operational records clean, complete, and review-ready
