Digital Associate
The Digital Associate manages the Connexus platform for the JPP Trade Loyalty Program and supports digital consumer initiatives across Combustibles and Reduced Risk Products (RRP). The role ensures smooth platform operations, oversees content and activity tracking, drives engagement improvements, and handles technical troubleshooting with internal teams and external agencies.
