Job Description
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, Digital Transformation, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 7+ years of experience in digital banking, financial services, or technology-driven environments, with demonstrated project leadership experience.
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end delivery of digital banking initiatives, including mobile and online banking platforms, digital payments, and customer-facing solutions.
- Strong experience managing complex projects, including scope, schedule, budget, risk, and quality, within regulated banking environments.
- Solid understanding of banking operations, digital channels, fintech ecosystems, and regulatory/compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with agile, waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
