Key Responsibilities

• Assist with supporting the development of digital solutions to enable digital acquisition, onboarding and servicing through CIBC’s Online & Mobile Banking platforms.
• Proactively scan the market to identify and assess new and emerging digital capabilities and CIBC Digital’s competitive standing.
• Provide and update materials for stakeholder presentations, summaries of competitive intelligence and KPI tracking.
• Help develop business cases, quantify financial impact of projects, and assist with project prioritization.
• Create strong relationships across Strategy, Product Delivery, Design, Development, and other lines of businesses to provide functional insights for strategic projects.
