Job Description

                    
Gather citizen and business requirements through service journey mapping and build business cases using rapid prototyping techniques.
Produce user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria, and construct prototypes to validate requirements and measure delivered value.
Research and recommend suitable technologies, including AI tools, ensuring alignment with central technology directions and whole-of-government solutions through hands-on experimentation.
Assess and apply appropriate development methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, across varying project environments.
Oversee system readiness ahead of deployment and conduct impact assessments for proposed changes.
Support the Chief Information Officer in surfacing digital transformation opportunities across the agency.
