The Core Transformation Program (CTP) is a strategic, multi-year initiative to implement ifWire—our internal Guidewire-based system—as the new core platform for the Mobility business in Sweden. We began the implementation phase last year, and the journey is well underway.
We are now looking for a leader to take on the mission of building a team of Guidewire experts with the digital business development skills needed to excel in this journey
What are we looking for?
You have extensive previous experience in digital development, preferably from a larger organization with high complexity and dependencies. You're used to managing stakeholder expectations and communication as well as coaching colleagues and participating in continuously improving the way of working.
